Choking Relief Techniques

Learn the major warning signs of choking, what to look out for, and how to effectively respond to your choking infant. Receive hands-on practice using infant mannequins to ensure full confidence while performing these life saving interventions.
Learn and practice proper techniques to perform proper C.P.R. in the event that your child is unresponsive and has no pulse, or goes unresponsive from choking. Learn unique advantages of mouth-to-mouth and why it’s so important to successfully deliver good breaths.
Learn how to call emergency services and important keywords to say over the telephone to ensure the quickest response. Things you say on the telephone matter, and the sequence of tasks plays a role on how fast first responders arrive at your home.

Seizures are scary to witness, but learn how to respond and treat your child in the event of a seizure, including febrile seizures. Practice holding and properly positioning your child to minimize additional emergencies post-seizure.
Allergic reactions are tricky because it's all about visualization. It’s up to YOU to identify those signs and symptoms. If you have an EpiPen, everyone needs to know how to use it. Practice how to position your child and how to administer the EpiPen to ensure the most effective results.
What needs to be done while the ambulance is on the way? Learn and practice helpful (and life-saving) things you can do at home to help during emergencies.
